Developer Information

Desert Park is a new industrial park located in the northern area of Hermosillo, Sonora, covering 173.9 hectares with full-service feasibility and all required permits already authorized. Its strategic location connects to the region’s main highway, rail, and air corridors, in addition to its proximity to the U.S. border (179 miles south of Arizona), ensuring efficient logistics for international operations. The project is designed to attract companies from the aerospace, automotive, electronics, and logistics sectors, offering flexible schemes such as speculative buildings and build-to-suit projects, while leveraging Hermosillo’s urban growth and the availability of human capital and an economically active population of more than 100,000 people within an 8 km radius. More than just an industrial development, Desert Park aims to consolidate a productive and socially responsible ecosystem that drives investment, technology transfer, and the creation of high-value jobs in Sonora.
